MEALS ON WHEELS*
Hot/frozen meals delivered directly to you home on your choice of days Monday to Friday around the noon hour. Note: Specialized diets are availableWest Niagara & Welland/Pelham only.

LUNCH OUT*
Meet locally for a meal with friends followed by a short activity. Transportation can be arranged when required.TRANSPORTATION*

Volunteer drivers provide rides to medical appointment, shopping etc. Three to five days notice required. Flat rate for local rides. Rates for out-of-local-area rides are based on actual mileage.
HOMEMAKING*

Regular light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, light meal preparation, etc.
HOME MAINTENANCE*

Minor maintenance and handyman tasks, spring & fall yard clean-up, heavy-duty cleaning, de-cluttering, snow removal, etc.
SAFETY AT HOME
Provides free in-home assessments and recommendations to help older adults remain safe in their home. Service include installation of grab bars, home repairs and snow removal to prevent falls. The program also offers falls prevention education and referrals to other services.
VOLUNTEER VISITING/PHONE CHAT

Regular visits with clients in their homes or by telephone. Home visits may include talking, playing games, reading, walking and much more.
THE WELLNESS SUPPORTIVE LIVING PROGRAM
A partnership with the Ontario March of Dimes, The Region of Niagara, Niagara Regional Housing and Community Support Services of Niagara. The goal is to provide comprehensive support services to seniors living within four identified social housing buildings to enhance independence and improve overall health and well being of these at risk individuals. Services include on-site attendant care, personal care, medication prompts, housekeeping, volunteer visiting, security checks, social and recreation programs as well as exercise and wellness clinics.
