Community Support Services of Niagara has partnered with the Ontario March of Dimes and the Region of Niagara to provide support to seniors and adults with a disability living in four supportive housing apartment complexes within Niagara.
The March of Dimes will be providing 24-hour attendant Care, Niagara Region will provide a wellness prevention program and CSSN will provide volunteer coordination, security checks, homemaking services along with social and recreational activities.
The goal of this conjoined partnership is to provide more in-depth support to reduce the number of emergency room visits and long term placements.
